We try to make sure that all information on the Website, including descriptions of our Goods, and listed prices, are accurate and correct at all times. However, mistakes do happen. We will try to resolve all information errors on the Website as soon as reasonably possible, and if we reasonably think that such an error has affected your purchase of Goods we will try to let you know. However, because we take these steps we will not be liable to you for any errors on the Website.

Buying Goods
This section sets out some terms which apply to your purchase of goods from us through the Website.
Purchase - You make an offer to purchase a product from us (your "Order") by completing the staged process on the Website as set out below:
Your Order only constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us, and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. Where you order more than one product your Order contains a series of offers for each product individually.
On receipt of your Order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the order process. This order acknowledgement email will contain your Order number, details of the goods ordered and a delivery estimate. Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your Order has been received, and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase goods.
We must receive full payment both of the price of the goods and any delivery charges before we can accept any offers. Where you select to pay by credit or debit card we will process the payment at the time of preparing your goods for despatch.
An offer made by you to purchase a product shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when we despatch that product to you and send you an order despatch email which includes details of the product. We reserve the right to refuse any offers in an order prior to acceptance. If a product is not available we will include details of the unavailable product in the order despatch email. A product which is not available will not be included in the contract for a product which is despatched.

All offers and promotions are at Bobbleiscious Accessories sole discretion and are subject to variation or withdrawal without notice.
Offers or promotions cannot be applied to previously ordered items.
Offers with a spend threshold exclude delivery charges.
All items are subject to availability at time of order.
Only one promotional code can be used per order. Any orders using more than one promotional code will be cancelled.
Voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with the purchase of giftcards. Any giftcard orders with promotional codes on will be cancelled.
Delivery
Note: Please be aware that orders in certain parts of Northern Ireland, Scotland and Channel Islands will not be eligible for next day delivery.
If your goods have been despatched we will be unable to stop the delivery process but you may return any unwanted goods. Please refer to the Returns Policy.
Direct Delivery Items
We, at Bobbleiscious Accessories, have carefully selected a range of trusted partners to offer our customer the widest product selection available online. Delivery options for each applicable product are listed on the product page, so you will be able to see the timescales before placing in your basket. Once your order is placed, your Direct Delivery products will be sent to you directly from Bobbleiscious Accessories, 222 Main Street, Wishaw, ML2 7LU. We offer Royal Mail First Class as our UK Standard Delivery
We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard delivery orders within 3 to 4 working days.
EU / International delivery
We aim to deliver within the lead times specified for your country, however please allow for the correct amount of working days for the delivery to arrive.
During busy periods (including Cyber weekend and Christmas) deliveries may take a little longer.
ALL mainland UK deliveries will be made between 10:00 and 17:00 Monday-Saturday (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays)
We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays – so please allow an extra working day for orders sent by Standard Delivery during UK Bank Holidays.
We also deliver to the Channel Islands; please see Delivery information for lead times.
International Delivery Services
Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation. Recipients of deliveries made outside the UK may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry fees. Any customs or import duties are charged once the goods reach the destination country and these charges are your responsibility and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
In addition some countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. You are responsible for determining whether there are any restrictions on delivery of our products to your selected destination. You can contact your local customs office for assistance regarding these matters.
Delivery may be delayed by local customs because of this but unfortunately this is out of our control.

Lost Parcels
We will begin our missing parcels procedure if your order fails to arrive within:
Please notify us if you have not received your parcel after the above time frames, then we can investigate your claim as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Please note that we may refuse to make future deliveries to addresses that are considered to be insecure. In this event you will be contacted by our Customer service team and asked to provide an alternative delivery location for future orders.
Take care when entering your delivery address as we cannot be held responsible for any non-delivered parcels if the address information was not entered correctly.

User Comments, Reviews and Postings
We may provide user comment areas, message boards or other interactive areas on the site ("User Forums") to give select users of the site a forum to express their opinions and share their ideas, information, materials and other user-generated content (each "User Content").

Cancellations
Under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 14 days. The period of 14 days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain goods that we sell, for example, audio or video recordings, computer software and games, magazines, toiletries and cosmetics, or pierced earrings. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email within a period of 14 days beginning on the day after the day you receive your goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and may inspect and assess them, but not use them. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage. We cannot accept substitute or alternative items by way of returns nor are we able to send them back to you. So please look closely at the items you return to us. If you return or attempt to return substitute or alternative items you will still be responsible for paying for the original item purchased and we reserve the right to charge an investigation fee of not less than £35 to cover the cost of our investigating the position. We can offset this amount due from other sums that may be due to you for refunds etc.

Additional Delivery Charges Saturday, Express delivery charges will not be refunded if you cancel or return your order unless the product is faulty or does not fit the description given.
Gift Cards
Once activated, the Bobbleiscious Accessories Gift Card is redeemable for full or part payment of products in Bobbleiscious Accessories stores in the UK and Online www.Bobbleiscious.com dependant on where they were purchased from. I.e. Gift cards purchased from the UK can only be redeemed in the UK stores.
Please treat your Gift Card as cash, Bobbleiscious Accessories cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen cards and cannot be replaced. Gift Cards are not for resale.
Your Gift Card balance may be checked in store or by our Customer services team.
All refunds of goods or services purchased with your Gift Card will be made in accordance with Bobbleiscious Accessories refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you have made a mistake on your order, please contact Customer Services and we will do our best to rectify the problem.
Gift Cards expire 2 years from its last use. Any balance remaining will be reduced to nil and forfeited.
Bobbleiscious Accessories reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and any such change will be effective once included in the text of the terms and conditions published on www.Bobbleiscious.com in relation to gift cards. You should check the terms and conditions posted on www.Bobbleiscious.com periodically to ensure that you are aware of and comply with the current version.
General terms relating to our relationship with you

Bobbleiscious Accessories reserves the right to terminate your access to and use of the Site and any of its features in its sole discretion, without notice and liability, including, without limitation, if Bobbleiscious Accessories believes your conduct fails to conform to these Terms or any Additional Terms.

Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations are now UK and ROI Law
In the past, most waste electrical and electronic equipment and batteries have ended up in landfill sites, where the toxic materials some of them contain can put communities at risk.
The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and waste batteries must never be placed in your waste disposal or recycling bins. WEEE is taken back free of charge at electrical retail outlets on a one-for-one like-for-like basis. There is a bin for small batteries in your local store. Local authority/civic amenity facilities also take back WEEE and waste batteries free of charge. WEEE and waste battery recycling is free.
If you purchase a new electrical or electronic item from Bobbleiscious Accessories you may dispose of an equivalent old item free of charge at any of our stores in the UK or ROI, subject to the following conditions:
Please note that products bearing a crossed out wheelie bin symbol should not be disposed of as municipal waste and need to be kept separate from other waste to avoid potential harmful effects on the environment and human health as the result of the presence of harmful substances in Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)
